At Kathaa Saree, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and photos of the saree within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact, including the blouse piece if it was included.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at a scheduled time, or provide instructions for self-shipping if the service is unavailable.
Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
